The Jamia Course
A total of 12 subjects are taught throughout the 4 year course, 3 of them being the languages: Arabic, Urdu and English. Various other subjects are also taught including ‘Comparative Religions’ to ensure that students are well versed in many major world religions. At the conclusion of the rigorous course, students graduate to become religious scholars of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community.
List of Courses
This is the process of reciting the Holy Quran in a melodious and brilliant way by applying the rules and regulations guiding the recitation. Students learn how to read the Holy Quran with the application of Ahkamu-Tajweed. Students also memorize some portions of the Holy Quran.
Tarjamatul Quran help students to be able to translate the Holy Quran correctly into another languages like English, Urdu or their local languages. The translation is done word for word and rounded off into full verse.
Exegesis of the Holy Quran. The students are introduced to the Tafsir of Hazrat Masih Maud ra and the Tafsir Kabir of Hazrat Musleh Maud ra

Fundamental beliefs and arguments of Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at
Islamic Jurisprudence
GKS 1: This subject comprises the principles of Islam, The Holy Prophet (PBUH) and his successors, and Ahmadiyya Muslim community. Students learn the aforementioned by reading some books published by the Jamaat.
GKS 2: This subject encompasses the Solat practice and memorization of some Ahadith of the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH.
Sufism means ISLAMIC MYSTICISM. Books of Hazrat Masih Maud as and other Jama’at books on the subject of Sufism are studied in this subject.
knowledge of history of Islam and Ahmadiyya
Students learn the fundamentals of Arabic language by reading some basic books of Arabic language.
This is the language of the Promised Messiah (AS) and it is being spoken in countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh,Nepal and Sri Lanka. It is very important for the students to understand the language inorder to have the capability to read the books of the Promised Messiah and (AS) and his Khulafah(RA) originally because most of their books are written in Urdu language. Students are introduced to the language in a handsome manner by learning the Urdu alphabets and so on.
The study of writing and speaking correct English language, and to master communication skill in this language.
Qawaid is an Arabic word which means foundation, basis, grammar or standard. This subject entails the grammar aspect of Arabic language. Students learn Nahw and Sarf which will make them to understand Arabic language grammatically.
This is the Friday sermon of His Holiness, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (ATBA). Students are made to watch the Huzur sermon live on Friday and also at night when it would be reviewed inorder for the students to jot and understand the pristine message of Huzur Aqdas. This makes the students to bond with the Khalifah physically and spirituality.
Comparative religion studies, where students are introduced to other religions in comparative manner, especially study of the Bible
1st year
MUMAHADAH
In the first year of Jamia, a student is introduced to the basics of his subjects with the intention of building a strong foundation for the next four years. The focus of the first year is around the three main languages which are Arabic, Urdu and English. The subjects which are taught alongside the languages – the translation of the Holy Qur’an and the correct pronunciation (Tajweed) of the Holy Qur’an) – revolve around these three languages

The focus of the following year is also on the three main languages (Arabic, Urdu and English), in order to fortify the core that the student has built from the previous year. In addition to subjects taught in the first year, Fiqah (Islamic Jurisprudence) is added to the list.

Having laid the foundations of the students in the two previous classes (Mumahadah and Oula), the next class is Thaniya where new subjects are introduced and some of those which they did in the latter classes are removed for instance Tajweed, GKS1, GKS2.
